How can you start using our Chat feature today?
Direct Connect (Windows only)
We can install a link and agent on your Windows computer giving you one-click access. Once we install the link on your computer, you will see a new icon on your desktop and in the system tray (for Windows PCs). Simply ask any member of our staff to set this up for you and we can install it in the background, without disturbing your day or important work.
Simply copy this URL into any browser, bookmark it or save as a shortcut on your desktop and you are ready to go.
Email and Ticket Update Links
Links are now provided in the footer of all our staff's emails and our Service Ticket updates. Whenever you see this link in an ATS communication, simply click on it to start your Chat session.
ATS Website - Support Center
You can go to our website at www.myalignedit.com and click on the "Support Center" link at the top of any page. All the information you need to get in touch with our Helpdesk team is there, including a link to start a Chat session
A login is NOT required when your Chat window opens. Just click on the "New Chat" button to get the conversation started.
